i was diagnosed with gastritis a couple of days ago, im very sad about this bc i literally cannot eat everything that i ate before and i am kinda in pain <( that’s why i don't make as much content (vids) as before ❤️so please your tips and subs will help me feel better, pay for medicines and other stuff i need
