Deciding to stop obsessing over to do lists and how much I have to get done and whatever and realistically check off things that donโt need to be done / can wait until later to be worried about. I get overwhelmed so easily ๐ฎโ๐จ I just need to take a deep breath and take things one at a time, one day at a time :) everything is okay and I am doing good where I am right now :) โก
