I enjoy that you can use it in different ways: stroking the tails across the body to soothe or build anticipation. You can strike in a harsh and fast way, allowing air to pass through the tassels and create a stinging sensation, or you can swirl the tassels together to make them denser and create a more thuddy experience. The artistry that goes into the creation of the floggers can make some really gorgeous pieces of equipment. I also like that it doesn't feel quite so intimidating and obvious; there is a quietness and assertiveness about it. I like that it encourages rhythmic impact with the ability to swish, which supports therapeutic release for me. Sometimes, I do not want the game, but I am seeking sensational play, and this is a favourite tool for that experience.
