Anyways, had a little moment where my heart raced after clumsy me tripped out the plug socket. I tried to put the panel back on…and well sparks flew. Thankfully nothing in the place burn down kind of way. Back to the workout, found the magic number for the #benchpress. For the time being it’ll be 100lbs just till I can build my strength back up. Everything else was great and got a lot of #activeminutes in the #gym.
