

♥️What is your plan today for exercise? ?It doesn’t have to be a lot… It could be a 20 or 30 minute walk and then some stretching afterwards. ?It could be doing planks and some simple core work for 15 minutes followed by a 15 minute walk. ?By the way have you tried battle ropes yet you can get them inexpensively on Amazon they’re easy to carry out into the driveway wrap around a pole or a tree and get a great workout in 15 minutes or less. ♥️Whatever it is go for it just do it don’t think about it and give yourself time to make excuses.
