Howdy, ya'll! Just checking in to let you know: Yesterday I posted a goal on Twitter to get to 700 subscribers for a penetration video to be posted, and we made it! Yay! Welcome new subscribers, I am so grateful and happy to have you here. I sent out a slew of videos last night, but if you haven't gotten yours yet, I'll be sending it later today, along with posting the penetration video, and a video update of some plans for this week! Because as many of you know, the retreat I created and am leading begins tomorrow. This is a very, very special occasion which will most likely not be happening again for another 6 months, so while I am leading my attention and service has to be 100% on the goddesses that have taken time, energy, and money out of their own lives to travel to a foreign country to be taught and guided by me. It is an experience that I have put my heart and soul into preparing for the past few months, so I am going to be entirely present for it. It begins tomorrow evening, and it ends next Tuesday. I do have some content prepared for those days, BUT if there are a couple days where I am not answering messages or posting as much, please understand why. As humans, we need to give ourselves the freedom to not feel guilty about thinking utterly crazy shit.

Just letting you guys know: If you receive a message from me in your inbox with an MFC Share link, this is a voucher for video content, and you need to at least create a basic account on MyFreeCams to access it, which is free. I send them through MFC rather than MV because it's much easier to create multiple links at once this way. I've been sending them this way successfully for a bit, then just recently I have gotten several messages about them not working. Not sure if it's a glitch with the slow wifi connections I've had recently, something on MFC's end, or the fact that you need to create a basic account. Valentine’s Day writing and some more about last night:
Valentine’s Day has never really inspired me, but the romance of immersing with the juiciness of this everyday existence, now that is what carries me. And if it means that you follow your heart more, then that’s wonderful! That’s what it should be about I think, honoring our heart, honoring our center. Last night I took part in a Temazcal ceremony here in Tulum. It’s a very popular, potent healing modality throughout these lands, but for those of you who aren’t familiar: Temazcal is a sweat lodge you sit in for an extended time period in total darkness, calling upon the ancestors of the land, the elements, mama earth, the celestial energies. It represents the womb. It pushes you to your limits until your only choice is to release and rebirth. It can be scary entering, and what we must turn to is what’s within. Our breath takes us through the process, and we trust. We trust and let go. Yet another microcosm for life itself. Besides devotion and gratitude, this is why we do these practices. Because they prepare us for life. When we are amidst environments that are out of our control, our only choice becomes situating ourselves in our heart center, because not only is it a cocoon that allows us to crawl into for comfort and protection, but it is also what allows us the courage to break open and immerse anew after necessary shedding. The heart is the way in and the way through, it is the center that is the root connecting to All That Is. May it be our compass now and eternally.🙏🏼✨🌿🧡

I spent my evening doing a 2 hour Temazcal ceremony here in Mexico which is a sweat lodge that you sit in within total darkness. It represents the womb and pushes us to our limits until we have no choice but to release and rebirth. It was very intense but also so beautiful. Now I need to rest.🙏🏼

Sunkissed and grateful. Waking up early to ride a bike to my favorite jungle retreat center for morning yoga is one of the sweetest pleasures. I did a qi flow class today (qi gong and vinyasa combination) then ate some yummy plant-based brunch and worked on proof reading my course.
