For starters restarting and interrupting your sleep cycle is so terrible for your health. 😴
also, yoga is a great way to help you wake up! So next time you accidentally wake up at eight instead of 10, try finding a healthy way to help the body wake up. ⛅️
I recently decided to re-teach myself a hobby I used to love! 💕 I was so nervous that when I started again, I wouldn’t be as good or interested, but I loved it just as much! I’m so proud of myself for trying, and you should too! 🎹💕
