When doing bicep curls, it's crucial to focus on proper form and controlled movements to maximize tension and stimulate hypertrophy effectively. Make sure to progressively increase the weight and volume over time, and don’t forget the importance of nutrition and recovery. Fuel your muscles with adequate protein and allow them enough rest to repair and grow stronger. Keep pushing your limits and track your progress to see those gains!

When I was brand new to the game, hitting a wall or fence was one of the many methods I used to get more comfortable with the ball at early stage. It wasn’t until I started having 10 practices a week in college that made me eventually stop 😂.
