Don’t have to be a big muscle bull to get looks in the gym 😂😜 This was embarrassing and I felt pretty uncomfortable but it was still a rush. I would keep pulling down my shirt but I still look so fat. Couldn’t do anything to hide.

Had the most belly busting gainer shake I have ever had with Dan this weekend! A pint of ice cream, can of evaporated milk, whole bottle of Hershey’s syrup, half a bottle of corn syrup, and whole milk. Filled up a whole blender pitcher. Will post the vid next!

He is a great camera man too with an eye for all the angles. Should be coming up with some new and good content next week. He promises he can put 10 lbs on me in a month so we will see!
